Is it reasonable for e-shops to not accept returns to fight against consumer fraud?

Is it reasonable for e-shops to not accept returns to fight against consumer fraud? If the product being sold is:
intimate things like underwear; or expensive things like gold or diamonds; or heavy things like mattresses or chandeliers
Is it reasonable to sell them online and not accept returns? Also what if I want to expand to the EU which has mandatory 14 day return laws? How does one deal with fraudsters there?
