LPT: If you are going to gamble, set a win limit in addition to a loss limit. The amounts can be whatever you wish. You may say I'll stop if I lose $100, but also consider saying that you'll also stop if you win $100, or $200, or $500. Of course, your odds of reaching the larger payout are smaller, but it's a good way to know when to stop and not be kicking yourself when you give it back.
