Pay off house early, so I can semi-retire at 60. Should I pull 60k out of my retirement? I'm 60, single, with a retirement savings of 685k. House is worth 340k. I owe 52k. 5k in other debt. I'm a nurse, so I can work part-time and get health insurance. My problem is....burn out and painful joints. I don't think I can take working full time for another 5 years. My question is....
