How can I avoid getting scammed at the car dealership for a car I preordered that has finally arrived? I pre-ordered a car last February and it finally arrived at the Chevy dealership. They are waiting for me to go and pick it up. I will be paying for the car in cash, which I let them know back in February when they tried to get me to finance with them.
