No water bill from city in over two years despite phone calls, work orders, escalated work orders, etc. Since we moved to a new house over two years ago, the City of Houston sends us a ~$30 bill every month, which is basically a maintenance fee. Despite numerous phone calls, the city has yet to send us a bill for water usage. Based on my neighborhood’s group text, our neighbors are getting monthly water bills anywhere from $200-$2000 (I’m guessing...
