Is it better to work 1 full-time job with the potential for overtime, or work that full-time job but with another part-time? Yes. So I work at an inpatient involuntary/voluntary psych ward. I work three days, and 12 hour shifts at 16.80. Sometimes they provide us with opportunities to work night shift differetential after our shift when we are short-staffed.
