LPT: If you have small dogs that you bathe at home, put them in a laundry basket when you dry them Have a towel ready to give them a quick drying session, then put them in a ventilated laundry basket to finish it with a hair dryer. It will help prevent them from jumping out, and you can dry them through the holes while petting them to make it less stressful. This could probably work with other small animals, but I haven't tried.
