LPT Request: Buying a House My wife and I will be pre-approved for a mortgage by the end of the week, and then the house hunt begins. We've spent the last 2-3 months looking at areas in which we want to buy. What are your tips on things to look for, to look out for, or things you wish you did when you bought your house?
