I didn’t collect my luggage before leaving Rome airport… I took Ryanair from Puglia to Rome, then transferred to a different airline to get to America. I didn’t know that I had to collect my bag from the Ryanair carousel before moving onto my connecting flight. Neither airline says there’s anything they can do. I am currently in America and my suitcase is in Rome: how in the world do I get it back?
