LPT request: Motivation amidst crowded gym. I bought a membership to a new local gym (6 months at 120$ a month) about two months ago and was in love with it, getting up at 5am and going for 2 hours (it's primarily kickboxing/boxing gym) I loved the class because it was quite small (roughly 5-7 people at 5am class) The instructors were attentive to our form and had us hit pads more often....
