Why do people care whether a job pays weekly or biweekly? I keep hearing people talk about paycheck frequency as a factor in their job satisfaction. To be clear, I’m NOT talking about people who are starting brand new jobs, discussing when they’ll get their first paycheck. I can understand that. I’m also not talking about people working for “sketchy” employers, where there might be a legitimate concern...
