Just getting into makeup and need constructive criticism
Just getting into makeup and need constructive criticism I’ve never really done much makeup other than foundation to cover acne, blush, and mascara. I’m not confident in my makeup abilities so please help in any way you can! I watch tutorials but it’s hard to tell how well it translates onto my own face. Not sure if I’m warm, neutral, or cool. Also hooded eyes are hard to do eyeshadow looks on 🙁
