Looking for eye pencil recommendations
Looking for eye pencil recommendations It seems like they don’t make eyeliner pencils anymore that you can shave down. I am not a fan of the ones that comes in plastic tubes. I am using the wet n wild ones at the moment but would love to know what you are using.
