What is a good provider for travel insurance to the USA for a UK citizen?
What is a good provider for travel insurance to the USA for a UK citizen? Also, should I get one that just focuses on the medical stuff, or one for "everything"? I normally don't buy any sort of insurance, but I can't even afford an ambulance call out of pocket in the US if I needed it.
