1st time home buyer, feels I am like getting scammed by lender. Hello, I'm a first time home buyer and under contract for a house. In the contract it was mentioned I will have a conventional loan. Now that I received mortgage approval it turns out to be an FHA 30yr fixed loan at 7.25-7.83% interest at 10% down. House value is 600k. This lender is also a broker and providing the loan through rocket mortgage....
