Identity theft while living abroad? Hi! I just found out that my information was used to open a credit card. Luckily/strangely, nothing was spent on it. I am now in the process of trying to go through the recommended steps from this subreddit, but because I live abroad, it is complicated. I have a US billing address-- should I be using that when I apply to freeze my credit reports...
