LPT Request: A professional scam artist and his wife have been wreaking havoc in my small town. How can we make life so awful for them they'll leave willingly. They have financially ruined 2 families here (the victims were very naive but that's no excuse) and literally stolen their house (who knew that was even possible). Legal attempts to force them out have failed or are stalled out completely. No violent suggestions please, we just won't go there.
