Mortgage Overpayment - Capital vs Interest Only (UK) Hi, I have a mortgage made up of part capital and repayment and part interest. I want to make a lump sum overpayment and I am not sure if I should pay it of the capital or interest only sub part. Which would be the most beneficial? Thanks.
