Why are my night time city scape images always blurry?
Why are my night time city scape images always blurry? I tried taking pictures of a city skyline but the lights from the buildings always come up blurry. I am using a tripod. The only way to make the blurryness go away is to cut away too much lighting and make the picture way too dark. The attached picture had a 4 second shutter speed with F stop being 5.6.
