LPT- Don’t Comment On a Person’s Weight Loss. Don’t tell them how good they look. Don’t congratulate them. You do not know why the person has lost weight. Maybe they are sick. Maybe someone they love is sick or has passed. Maybe they have an eating disorder or are recovering from one. When you want to make a comment on someone else’s body- just don’t.
