Personal recommendations for nude eyeliner that can survive the waterline? I want to try the fresh, bright eye effect with a nude eyeliner in my lower lid waterline. I know white is definitely too bright on me lol. But I get watery eyes when I put eyeliner there so I need it to be something that can survive it! As a secondary question, is it "overrated" or does it actually brighten up / widen eyes?
