LPT if you frequently get canker sores, switch to a toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) I used to just avoid certain acidic foods, but this actually changed my life! All that this ingredient does in the toothpaste is make it foamy. Other toothpastes without it foam just as well.
