UK photographers, how much do you pay your assistants?
UK photographers, how much do you pay your assistants? How much do you pay per day for freelancers and how much would you pay per hour if they were part of your business. I got an offer and I need to get a second opinion as another studio is now offering over 50% more for my freelance day rate than the one I have a potential contract with however I love these guys a lot.
