DAE get worse jet lag travelling west?? currently dying 😠Please tell me some of y’all struggle with this too, it’s only 8pm and I’m so ready to go to bed. couldn’t find ANYTHING on google, everyone says going west is better than going east. I was completely fine going from Canada to France (overnight flight) but I just got back from the UK and the 5 hours gained are NOT helping lmfao
