Help me with understanding what stops of stabilization means! So the lens I have, Sigma 24-70 dg os has 4 stops of stabilization, does this pretty much mean that at 70mm, instead of shooting at a minimum of 1/70 to get a smooth shot I can go as low as like 1/20 if im understanding properly what stops are and how stabilization works?
