Fixed 30 yr mortgage vs ARM One of my friends got a 7 year ARM and he's hoping to refi before that? Me and my husband are planning to get a mortgage in coming weeks (sky high rates sigh)..does it make sense to go to ARM if that's a bit lower than fixed 30 yr mortgage? Thanks in advance!!
