LPT Request: How to switch off from work? How do I switch off from work? I’m a freelancer in theatre production. I can never stop thinking about work. It’s driving me round the bend and having a bad impact on my personal life. My partner is going crazy and I agree with them it’s a problem. I just can’t seem to stop. Please help!
