Will I be forced to sell the house I'm living in if my parents die in order to cover my father's personal loan? I live in the UK with my parents who sadly have several chronic illlnesses. Despite being 30 years old i havent looked to move out as there would be no one to look after them and since ive been working from home for the past 7 odd years ive been able to take care of them. They receive disability benefits but this is not enough to pay for carers ...
