Tacos Tuxpeños Tacos Tuxpeños or (basket tacos). These tacos originate from a small town called Tuxpan in Mexico. They consist of pork shoulder stewed in a guajillo-ancho broth low and slow until the pork is tender and flavorful. Then served on a corn tortilla that was dipped in the pepper broth and fried. The flavor is so incredible!
