Store without phone number - Worth getting Virtual assistant for calls? I run a pretty small shop selling items between $200-$500 and I'm getting a few orders a day. Currently I only offer customer support through email as I’m not really able to take phone calls during the day. Has anyone had success with adding a virtual assistance who can answer your calls?
