LPT Don't ever tell a new customer "I treat all sales the same, big or small" For one, it's just not true. An order for $1,000,000 is getting treated different than a $10K order. Even if it's just checked on more by the salesperson. Second, most customers want to feel more appreciated when placing, in their perception, a large order.
