Tipping Experiences in Travel? Agree/Disagree that Gratuity should never be asked for on pre-payment? I was reading an article about tipping in the travel industry and they wrote "Blame it on the rise of point-of-sale technology" -- ie., ubiquitous tip screens on every card swipe. In travel (ie, tours), a lot of the gratuity is built into the price, but is that fair if you haven't experienced the service yet? https://www.outsideonline.com/adven...
