LPT to get to bed earlier and wake up on time for someone with a REALLY hard time doing those. I have a hard time waking up for work, i tried all the tips that are common on the internet, nothing has helped. When i first wake up i am in a huge mood of delusion, i do not even remember snoozing my alarms, it feels like i am doing it while i am dreaming. I just wake up and it is half hour after i am supposed to wake up, i just keep snoozing ...
