Debt collector sorta refused to send me a letter? I recently seen I had an email from a collections agency and opened the link, seems like I owe $1,100 on a $400 I had past due with a credit one card. I called the collector and asked them for some type of letter to verify the debt, and the 'manager' kept refusing to send me one and kept attempting me to pay off the debt, but would keep refusing...
