Pov your eyelids are oily and dissolve eyeliner 😭 help? I’m currently using heroine make waterproof eyeliner in black and it completely oiled out of me. I don’t have a eyelid primer but instead used my smashbox matte primer over my lid bc I knew it would help? (It didnt💀). Any help?
