Is $3 for a makeup brush expensive? I bought an Elf makeup brush and it was $3. My mom was quite annoyed and told me $3 is expensive for a makeup brush. Is it? I’m new to makeup as I’m 14 and idrk, I thought makeup brushes were on average like $10 and Elf is an affordable brand.
