Got overcharged and charged for the incorrect service from a company, and Bank of America is denying my claim I emailed a company to help pick up my passport after I applied for a visa, and they quoted me $79 service fee + the visa fee ($185 from the consulate) + $37 shipping fee for a total of $301.
