How do you get in your fitness when travelling?
How do you get in your fitness when travelling? Travelling to India for a couple of months and plan on eating LOTS of food. How do you keep your fitness up and don’t put on heaps of weight while travelling? Will be in lots of different locations, cities, rural, beaches and won’t always have a hotel gym (staying in hostels) or be able to run around the busy streets… Help me please 🙏🏻
