LPT: Don’t wait until you’re looking for a new job to update your CV/ portfolio, be constantly updating it all the time. I have my CV open as a tab on my laptop all the time and I always look through it and update it. At least every week I check my portfolio and update that too with any new tasks I’ve done. This saves the hours of work going through it all when you want to start looking for a new job, and also stops things slipping your mind!
