LPT request: how to deal with coworkers who don’t show up to the meeting/contribute to the project, and then complain about the final result? They skipped the meeting, they didn’t offer any ideas, and then they tear apart your efforts when you present them. I tried multiple ways of soliciting input during the formulation phase, but they just seem to want to critique the end product rather than participate and guide the project in the direction they would like.
