LPT requests: how do I resist Instant joy activity and foods? Hello, I didnt know how to call the headline so i'll tell you about my problem: I tend to do alot of stuff that gives "joy" instantly. For example eating sweets, junkfood, drinking Softdrinks, gaming, watching Netflix.... I cant really stop doing it and waste the whole day doing it and or living unhealthy. How do I stop?
