LPT Request: how can I maintain focused meditation longer. I have started meditating early in the morning. All I can keep my composure is for 5 minutes maximum and keep losing focus every 10-20 seconds or so. I try to focus on my breathing. Taking in and out. But after every 10-20 seconds I start dreaming amazing things and get lost into it. Any tips on what I should be doing? I have tried changing the ...
