too faced natural eyes palette or tartelette in bloom palette? Want to buy one but don't know which one has better pigment, quality etc. I like the colours of both equally so now I'm just wondering about the quality. I have brown eyes if that matters. Also I'm l wondering if the too faced one is only shimmer (I like having a mix of both matte and shimmer). I don't have a Sephora near me so asking here!
