Do you ever have 1-on-1 interactions with buyers (customers)? I'm not sure if it's okay to happen sometimes or it shouldn't happen at all. I mean, sure, customer support like refunds or shipping issues are fine, but what should I do to make sure i recommend the best option? Set up SEO and roll with it or talk to them in some way? edit: typo
