LPT Request : What takes 30 mins daily but changes life drastically? For me earlier, it was my music practice, but now I have done this Inner Engineering program, so it is 30 mins of kriya - yoga with meditation. It's easier to respond than react now to situations, and I feel I can handle my emotions better. Trigger factors - people and situations - are still there in life. So my own limitations do keep coming up...
