Is there an agreed upon best free alternative to Lightshop/Photoshop? Just curious. I'm pretty new so don't feel like committing to a subscription yet. I tried paint.net but its too bare-boned. pixlr-e was ehhh. GIMP is extremely overwhelming but I'm trying to learn it. Any suggestions?
