Need help determining where to put my financial focus! I’m a 35m that makes ~100k and my wife 32f makes ~75k. I started my career late and thus only have 50k in my 401k, about 10k in a hysa and a mortgage payment of 2300/month on a 450k mortgage (3% down was all we could do but in the area we live we were already paying $2200 in rent on an apartment).
