Is it financial suicide to move to nyc or the tristate area? I recently got out of a long term relationship and my best friend suggested we get an apartment in the city together. I work from home so I can pretty much move anywhere. She works in the Bronx so it would ideally be somewhere within an hour of her job. I also don’t drive so it would be nice to live somewhere with sidewalks and public transport....
