Do you think user-submitted content disclaimers (like they have on twitter) would benefit tiktok as well? why or why not? I'm talking about those notes under twitter posts that either add context to misleading information or answers a question the person posting was asking. Content reporting isn't always transparent so would a similar system be as effective on tiktok?
