What would you do? Save up for a home or open Roth IRA with $5k bonus? Long story short I am up for a $5,000 bonus at work in a few months. I am 23 and have not started saving for retirement. Should I take that money and open a Roth IRA or put it towards a down payment on a house (home ownership is something I am planning for myself in the next 5 years). What would you do?
